Port Orchard Bay Street Association (POBSA)
POBSA is an association of businesses and individual members organized to encourage a strong local economy and quality of life in downtown Port Orchard

- improving local aesthetics
- promoting and enhancing downtown Port Orchard
POBSA sponsors and participates in a number of downtown events and festivals throughout the year including a monthly Artwalk on the First Saturday of the month from April-November, the Taste of Port Orchard, Fathoms O’Fun events and festivals and the Festival of Chimes and Lights.
Monthly meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month at Moondogs Too, 714 Bay Street, Port Orchard, WA. No-host breakfast and networking 7:30 am-8:00 am, meeting starts promptly at 8:00 am.
Memberships is available for both business and community members. There are two levels of membership: $90 (annual) voting; $45 (annual) supporting (non-voting).
